Ryan Winters grew up in Atlanta, graduated from Dunwoody High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Auburn University.

After college, Ryan trained as a private investigator and worked throughout the Southeast, eventually starting his own agency in Alabama. In 2009, he left his investigation career to co-found Just Heart Foundation with other family members.

In this way he has redirected his passion for justice toward philanthropy and takes pride in ensuring the foundation is a good steward of its donations. Ryan is the father of two and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking and music.

Originally from Talladega, Alabama, Faith Chappell Winters graduated from Talladega High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Auburn University.

She is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration from Purdue University with the goal of further facilitating the growth of Just Heart Foundation and the patient families it serves.

Before moving to Dunwoody, Georgia, in 2008 to serve as Vice President of Just Heart, Faith worked in political printing and mortgage lending. At Just Heart she is responsible for applicant relations and facilitation, accounting and tax preparation, hospital and donor relations, and fundraising.

Faith serves on the Atlanta Auburn Club Board and has two children.

Jenny Thompson has lived in Atlanta since childhood, graduating from Dunwoody High School and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from South University, Savannah, Georgia.

Jenny worked in the dental EDI (electronic data interchange) industry for over 20 years, holding positions ranging from customer and technical support manager to account, marketing and project manager.

In 2015, she left the dental industry to become the administrative director for Just Heart Foundation. She continues in this role today, maximizing opportunities to grow donor and hospital partnership contributions along with working directly with grant recipients. Jenny also works with her husband at Keller Williams Atlanta Partners in Buford, Georgia, combining a wide range of expertise in the real estate industry, investment and property management.

Together, she and her husband have 4 children.
